Re: Anyone seen this documentary on energy healing?
Hi, Healingfast,
Over the years I've found EFT, in many of its forms...and kinesiology, biofeedback, bioresonance, self-hypnosis, and so on.
I dabbled...trying to follow the 'instructions' exactly. Almost always I found some remarkable results...and eventually dropped the procedure for one reason or another, but not the information.
Then I found this film about the work of Zdenko Domancic, and others. It fascinated me, and I watched it many times.

Then it began to dawn on me that these are ordinary people who have each found ways into this mysterious realm of 'energy'.
I began to understand that all of us, ALL, are using the energy inside and outside, automatically, every moment...else we wouldn't be still breathing.
Recently I watched the five program TV series of Paul McKenna, called "I Can Make You Thin." (Google his name...maybe you can read his background and books.)
His method uses EFT, and other things, and very quickly.
Because I had seen some of McKenna's tools before, I was able to see that these may be used far more quickly than the originators had described.
I figure that each person already knows their 'intentions'. Perhaps we don't need to make our 'statements' as carefully and slowly as each author describes.
It's like dancing...once we know the basic steps, and the rhythm of the music, we add our own 'style' and 'ease', and our dance becomes 'Art'.
In fact, we can't dance any other way. We can't duplicate another's movements exactly. Similarly...but not exactly.
We free ourselves to become liberated in the 'art' through doing it, practicing, and allowing ourselves joy in the doing. We find our own 'way'.
Each author feels they need to 'explain' the process carefully...but I'm seeing more overlap and similarities, and even 'borrowing' of methods, one author to the next, building a network of 'ways' that anyone may follow as they please...whatever 'works' for us as individuals.
I think we are living in wonderful times to understand energy, and how to apply these understandings to our own lives.
I took some accounting classes, after I had owned a business for ten years and done the books in my own way. The instructor whispered in my ear that it didn't matter 'how' I did it, as long as I was able to show the right numbers in the final reports.
It is the results that count...and the satisfaction we feel.
Probably I'd be much better off if I had seen the work of many more authors/philosophers, sooner. This looks a very good way to begin.
Thanks for the link.
