I would seriously recommend that you don't see anorexia as your goal, but good health. Can you maybe concentrate on cutting back on the junk that is addictive and actually makes you hungrier? Simple carbs, sugars and processed crap will just make you crave more, but good quality proteins, nuts seeds and veg, fruit and complex carbs with some good EFA's will make you more able to stick to healthy eating. It's not always easy, and you might have bad days, but its a good place to start and it gets easier. Good luck.
