I win, I win, I win... recently completed a forty day (18th February to 28th March, 40 days, count em, I did!).
In all seriousness though, life's too short, the point surely is to be happy whether with your friends, your partners or your diet. I guess most people are on here because they are not happy with their diets / weight and want to change.
As far as I'm concerned I support everyone with whatever they want to do and hope very much that y'all achieve your goals - whatever they may be!!
I do think that it is important to remember that we are all individuals and what works for one may not work for another; I have some eating habits that would be considered horrendous by some on the forum, but they work for me. I think that we are constantly bombarded with information about what we should and should not eat and what is healthy for us and what is not, and trying to conform can become very stressful. Hence I think it is important to listen to your body and do/eat what you want to without beating yourself up all the time, as, as I said before, life's too short!
