Trysten, did you Colon Cleanse and parasite cleanse before doing the liver flushes? I actually did 3 different kinds of Colon Cleanses prior to the Liver Flushing over a period of one year. Its very important to have a clean colon because when toxins are getting released, you'll want them to be expelled right away through the colon. I never got sick from liver flushing. The very first flush, I vomited in the morning, but other than that, I was fine. The Epsom Salts do a good job at allowing all the stones and toxins to just pass through the body, as long as the colon is clean.
