Hi alamode, i did my 1st Liver Flush so far and btw that's very inspiring and happy to hear that your Acne is gone forever. So are you able to eat any types of foods like pizza and all the things which were said to eliminate while in acne? So your all food intolerances are gone?

I'm 19 years old, female. I did my first Liver Flush and the results were so good..I stayed so clear for 2 months and I even ate a complete pizza at that span and didn't breakout out too much or nothing as I used to have. But now it's been 5 months since my 1st flush and its back to normal i.e., I followed elimination diet( Acne diet) from past year and I look clear all the time but if I ate anything out of my diet, I would breakout.

And I intend to do Liver Flushes until all the stuff is flushed out but as there are some dangers associated with liver flushes, i.e., Gallstones getting stuck in bile ducts and all..I'm scared about it..so how to know if it's safe for me to do liver flushing? I heard that usually Gallstones occur for people over age 40, is that true or else are there any chances that someone at my age of 19 can also have large calcified stones? Please answer me if you or anyone know anything.
