Fasting while working

I was just wondering the affects of fasting while working in a warehouse.

I don't really want to catagorize it as being "heavily active" but I am almost constantly moving at work. Some times they give me easier jobs that just require my hands to work, and to stand in one spot.

Today I feel like I was nearly about to pass out on the conveyer belt, and I'm not even through day 2 yet.

Will this get better? I'm starting to feel really hopeless

I went all over google reading about glucose levels... I know your brain needs glucose to function correctly...i dont know if I'm just supposed to hang in there until Ketosis is in full gear or what?

Please help me. Any response would be great.

PS. I have to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs 6 times a day. And a mile walk to work in the morning.

I am completely excited thinking about the detoxing and how great my body will feel afterwards... but should i really be putting my body thru this much stress? Or is this really not that bad at all?
