Adding high HU cayenne is a good idea, you will note that some parasite cleanes contain african bird pepper (250k HU).
Standard 40k HU cayenne works well but to get penetrating power all the way to the lymph you need to go +100k HU.
NOTE: HU matters, more lowere HU to make up the diff has no effect
