I was interested in that too because I have just come to understand that I may very well have a parasite or more. I think I expelled one yesterday and I have started eating fresh garlic, raw pumpkin seeds, acidopholus but I might buy some jalapenos and put it in a salad. What about ginger? Fresh ginger is hot especially if you juice it in carrot juice. Cayenne pepper? Interesting, worth a try. Tweet
