Here in RFE they have there own form of speed control. In winter snow and ice on the road keeps speeds down, and as soon as spring comes the roads buckle and twist from from the thaw or split open from hot water leaks. You can't speed unless you want major front end damage. I like the Danes approach and I know women here who would sign up for traffic control even if it was only a 2 out 12 month job!! Tweet
