You're getting warm. But cow milk is for baby cows to survive on from birth up to the time they start chewing cud. Think about how what's in the breasts of nursing human women (such as Miss Denmark in my avatar today) and how it differs in composition from cows milk. Then consider the presence of glyceryl monolaurate......
