Theres another topic. How can you actually SPREAD Candida? Isn't it just overgrowth in the gut? What if you say have no thrush in the mouth.. how can you transport heaps of candida to another person, who (presumably) has a perfectly healthy immune system? Wouldn't it be strong enough to get rid of it easily?
