I read that doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) twice a day was fine but I'm going to go back to the original and only do it in the morning on an empty stomach....Starting tomorrow morning....
I also just went to the store and purchased the Senna Tea of which I will take in the evening....I actually just drank it for this evening.....
I think my body is reacting to the salt definately.....
Regarding the cayenne, in order to make sure that I have the right amount I make my daily allotment each morning of 64 ounces of water, 12 tablespoons of grade d syrup, 12 tablesoons of fresh lemons and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.....
