I haven't been getting enough greens in, that's true, I need to fix that too...seems a lot of things I've been slack on lately, although I keep the basics of hydration and (mostly good) diet. I think I really can't let things slide, but boy it's hard to keep up all the time...juicing too, I want to get back to. I still have one a day, but it used to be much more, and that made a big difference to my health years ago when I was very sick. nice to meet a fellow juicer!
