Re: how to colon cleanse when parasites are in the way?

Please try adding some Oil of Oregano and Olive Leaf powder to your home made colon cleanse. This will help kill parasites that are in the intestinal tract. Barefoots Lower Bowel Balance has Olive Leaf in it, and I know people have taken it and then expelled worms, probably because of the Olive Leaf(parasite killer) but also because of the Fennel seed, Ginger, and Cayenne that all combine to weaken the parasites quite a bit. Please understand that if they expelled worms just from the Lower Bowel Balance, then they have a real problem, and its not to be confused with a real parasite cleansing routine.

Please remember that these(Barefoots Lower Bowel Balance) are capsules, so they "may" have a better chance of getting closer to the intestines before breaking apart(compared to a liquid), thus their parasite weakening ability is not as diluted as your preperation may be, unless you use capsules also?

Also you may want to look at herbal ingredients that will act on the intestinal muscles themselves, causing them to contract and relax, like herbal weightlifting. This will increase muscle tone, and soon peristalsis will become stronger, then your intestines will do the work for you. If you do not address increasing your muscle tone then you will not take care of the cause, only the symptoms.

I admire your willingness to try making your own version of a colon cleanse, its people like you who will be able to teach others who are on the first steps toward raising their level of health, unless you already are. :) Have you tried making your own simple tinctures yet? Olive Leaf, Lobelia and Mullein are great ones to start with.
