well, this is something to think about. I've done extensive liver flushing over the years. I don't get stones out anymore and eventually I stopped doing them because it seemed I'd taken them as far as I could, and I wasn't noticing health improvements anymore by this point. but they did make a huge difference to me to begin with. I'll do maintence flushes still now.....but, I hadn't thought of trying a series of them, maybe weekly, as constant liver clearing, regardless if there's stones or not. I don't think it'd hurt. I always use less oil, and don't need epsom salts anymore, seems worth a try...okay, thanks.

you've sure turned things around for yourself and done a lot of work, keep going, you're doing so great. I think sometimes it can take a while to get totally where we want to be...although, with me, it's a little over the top with how long...hehe..
