Have you read "the Omnivore's Dilemma", by Michael Pollan? The images that stay with me from that book are the descriptions of what cows go through when being finished on the feedlot. Cows are not corn-eaters(I'm sure you knew that) and all of the Antibiotics , etc that they're given during their final 150 days of life are to keep the corn from KILLING them, it's that bad for them. So the images that we see in that short video are the effects of that unnatural diet on cows. But hey, they're fattened up!
I'm not a vegetarian either, it does not agree with me. Mom was right:)
For what reason did you visit a slaughterhouse, if I may ask?
