According to Abraham, pleasure tolerance relates closely to dominant vibration. That is the frequency which we have consciously or unconsciously repeated so often and with such powerful faith that it is our dominant frequency. As we know, this may be consciously changed. All we have to do is put as much faith i.e. repitition and strength of belief, into the new frequency as we had in the old frequency.
Pleasure tolerance is also synonymous to Well-being. Abraham uses various processes, such as moving along the Emotional Guidance Scale, to move focus away from any reinforced limiting emotions/thoughts to Allow more well-being i.e. pleasure.
They are pretty much the same thing from what I understand. I like the processes from the article.
