Wow, thank you for the insightful and loving posts....I have plateaued a bit since that post, but now feel I should get back at it and stop letting fears hold me back.
Oh, I am doing the warrior diet, but I think most of the weight loss has been due to castor oil packs, and parasite cleansing and bowell cleansing etc. :)
