Re: Did fasting damage your organs?
I have to agree with those who have performed a fast.
You cannot dismiss water only fasting unless you have tried it first to help your body recover from illness or disease.

I have found that much of what is recommended on curezone is of great value and to be of beneficial effect; I make sure that I research thoroughly before trying anything eg: it took 18 months before I was ready to water fast.
Alternately, the specialist, the consultant, the private doctors and the regular GP, the so called experts that i have visited over the past 8 years have been so wrong with their diagnosis that I find it almost impossible to come to terms with.
When a close relative recently developed angina and was unable to get up the stairs without several attacks she asked to come and stay with me and
Water Fast as I had told her how beneficial it had been for me.
She stayed for a week and by the second day she was a little weak but had no more attacks.
She has since been on a restricted diet - mainly fruit and plenty of vitamins plus extra vitamin D, MSM, sunflower seeds and a boron supplement and plenty of water.
She is continually improving and has also cancelled her hip operation!!
Fasting works - without any doubt! - even for internet trolls!
