I'm even thinking these buckwheat pancakes would be good made like (savoury) crepes, and stacked in cake fashion, with the brocolli 'pesto' alternating with maybe some mushroom and pecan mixture...
some nutritional yeast-tahini-dijon-*cheese* sauce...
then cut like a cake.
hmmm. mmm. Sounds perfect
with some iced Alveda (sp?) -a crisp 'green' white- (inexpensive!) wine.
( though perhaps NOT for breakfast ;-))
