heh heh - glad to see I'm not the only one enjoying what you call "savory" oatmeal.
I started out eating the oatmeal with coconut oil, real salt, cilantro and a head of steamed broccoli. I made this concoction when I was in a "what should I eat for breakfast" dilemma. I decided to eat the combo of ingredients I thought would best suit my needs, regardless of taste. Fortunately, I discovered it tastes really good.
Then later I realized that oatmeal with coconut oil and kimchi is AMAZING!!!!! Breakfast, lunch or dinner, it's delicious. Sometimes, I crave it. I haven't had any for a while, though - I ran out of kimchi, then I went out of town. I need to make some more.
