Good videos Newport, thanks! I am surprised at how much of this you know first-hand, that I didn't realize you've dealt with yourself.

I did start taking Lugol's about a month ago too.
I'm going to start looking for the other things you've mentioned for supplements. That's what my body feels like, like it's been wiped out and needs to be rebuilt.
