MMS will oxidize the metals. When a metal such as mercury is oxidized, it is effectively neutralized and non-toxic to you. However, you will want something to help you remove it from the body. Make sure these pathways are moving well; bowels and kidneys. Exercising helps. Also, chlorella and/or cilantro. If there is a lot, it could be more than Miracle-Mineral-Supplement can handle; so your body is still dealing with it for a while.
