Lost soul.. need guidance!

Hi everyone, i know my story is just another compared to everyone on this website. i apologise if i seem to ask the same questions as does everyone who doesnt know where to start or what to do. ive been reading the post on this forum for quite some time now and ive wrote down a few things i should do.. but when i actually begin to do it i feel so lost.. i dont know what to do first or what to do last..
So i guess what im asking everyone is a complete step by step guide so when i actually do commit myself into it, ill do it with full potential to get teh most out of it.
I suffer from bad breath and candida (white toungue, sticky salivia and vaginal thrush) and i live in Australia.
I understand that i require a thorough body cleanse but i dont know which ones to pick because there are so many.
And then theres a parasite cleanse i believe? There are tablets you can take to kill off the parasites?
Also im considering buying "Champax" as well.
Hrmm.. i dont know what else to add here but feel free to comment or ask me any questions.
