if its a stranger that u're not likely to see again that makes a comment, just remind the person loudly that the person is such a horrible individual, a primate that lacks compassion because the person's brain has not developed enough to show compassion. You can also respond to the person "So do you" if the person says "you stink". Or you can say "your mother". Always expect people to say something bad about the way you smell and make up a curse word in ur mind even before they open their mouth. Most likely, nymphomanics are most offended by this condition because theyre jealous because they think uve just finished having anal sex and they cant get some. So you can call them the B-word.

If its someone u're likely to be seeing everyday at work, just shake your head each time the person comments. You can also make some sounds each time the person comments - sounds like "mmmm" and shake ur head. At last, you can just tell the person that "I guess your brain hasnt developed enough to probably think that this may be a medical condition". However, its not advisable to start a fight with the person u'll be seeing everyday as fire brings out more fire.
