I can relate. EFT is just like another therapeutic healing process. When you let the blocks go and the healing begins, sometimes long ignored issues that cause the disease come up. I notice that if I try to address too many different things at once with EFT, I get the rebounds also so try sticking to one or two issues at a time. Also, remember that you are a human being with human emotions and physicial processes and you aren't always going to be sweetness and light 100% of the time. We women have our emotional ups and downs. Sometimes I take a good nap when I get into a funk I can't get out of. Most of the time, in lieu of the nap, I go to the gym and workout.
