Re: Cleanse, cleanse:)
I know, it's really confusing, and I've been doing this stuff for over 6 months. I started out with a diagnosis for a fatty liver, and I was also diagnosed with Costochondritis, which is a painful condition of inflammation of rib cartilage. I just threw myself into it, and thought I'd pass on what I learned.
The first thing I did was a liver flush. Very first, without doing anything else. I've done 9 of them now, and they have all been successful. If I was to do this all over again, this is how I would do it.
First I'd do a bowel cleanse. I use
Oxypowder , but others use something else that they like better. I like
Oxypowder , it works great for me. I know that the fiber stuff is a killer, at least for me (P&B shakes). I was so bloated I felt horrible.
Then, at the end of a week of bowel flushing, I'd do my first liver cleanse, and continue doing them every 2-1/2 - 3 weeks. They are awesome, believe me.
In the meantime, I'd get some
parasite cleanses from Humaworm, who has incredible lauds with the formula. He sounds like a good bet for that. I did Colonix with
Oxypowder (NOT the fiber) and I can't say whether they were successful or not because I never saw anything (except liver flukes from the liver flush).
I would start bathing in
Epsom Salts ,
Sea Salt and baking soda right now. A few times a week. That way you'll be getting good magnesium, which I think most of us are lacking.
With those detoxes, I'd say you were on your way. Anyway, that's my 2 cents.
Right now I still do
Liver Flushes at least every 3 weeks. I take Oxypowder still. I've added a green shake every morning with some kidney herbs I got from
Andreas Moritz 's site. To that I add cayenne pepper (90,000 HU). It has replaced my morning coffee.
I still take bee pollen and royal jelly every day.
In between I take baths with H202 and
Colloidal Silver .....I do castor oil packs as often as I think about it. I just started drinking ozonated water here and there, but it's been difficult with my morning timing, and I'm not enamored with the smell of it.
And, to top this whole thing off, I don't eat crap anymore...I really think about what I put in my body (for perhaps the first time in my life), and I work out at least 6 days a week.
I'd say I'm doing better than I've done in years and years.....
My 2 cents....Molly
