Cleanse, cleanse:)

Other than doing three ten day Master Cleanses, and now oil pulling, this cleansing stuff is all new to me.
While surfing CureZone's Master-Cleanse forum I was intrigued with the people doing all these other cleanses, in addition to the MC. I started reading the liver cleanse forum, which seems to be a cleanse everyone recommends. It was from this forum, in Dr. Hulda Clark 's liver cleanse recipe, I read about doing the parasite killing program before doing a liver cleanse. I got rather overwhelmed with all the herbs, etc. that one needs to do the parasite cleanse, so went to a health food store and bought a packaged ParaGone............hee, hee, what can I say?
After reading your email, I rechecked what I read on Dr. Hulda Clark 's liver cleanse program. She recommends after a three week parasite killing program, one should do a kidney cleanse, and then the liver cleanse, but..........none of this should be done before all of your dental work has been completed! Holy cow!! It didn't even mention a Bowel Cleanse and I am doing the cleanses with a mouth full of silver.
Which liver cleanse are you planning to do? I have a book called 21 Day Holistic Cleanse that has a very simple liver cleanse recipe. I think that is the one I will try for the first time.
