Many thanks for your advice.

However I am a little bit confused. I guess having high levels of insuline is bad and having high levels of glucose is also bad.

As I mentioned before I am not a fan of sweets so I will cut them for a period to see what it happens and also I will cut bread also.

Now it came as a flash to me that a few weeks ago I was eating one large spoon of honey as a healing method but I remember that the crust was more thick and yellow. I have cut down the honey by negligence and I think that the crust is more thin. I do not know if there is a connection or not, maybe I have been helped by the evening primrose tablets I am taking for two weeks now.


I will also see how my blood test is doing and also internal parts test because maybe I have a problem with kidneys.
