Re: Hey Candida 123

where I live BioMeridian testing is only 50 dollars, which is pretty good in my opinion.

BTW I tried the oxymune stuff from ed McCabe shop, and its the same product you mentioned and it didnt have an effect on my candida. I mean it might have an effect, in making sure you get some nutrients, but not enough to warrant its use.

The biggest effect I found, and was mentioned on the website you posted was the use of garlic in systemic candida infections. I remember when my ears were right scabed over on the inside, they would secrete a liquid (i figure we are all above squimeshness now having candida. Anyway the only time it would stop was when I juiced 2 garlic cloves along with other vegetables like broccoli(which is the second highest natural vitamin c source on the planet
http://whfoods.org/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=9#nutritionalprofile),
1 small chunk of ginger for the blood, 1 radish for the blood, spinach, a couple carrots, and celery. Not only did it taste pretty good, but you could litteraly feel your blood warm right up... but the only problem is that you stink pretty bad after drinking it.. So I suggest drinking it as your last meal of the day, then having a shower in the morning. Which is a good idea anyway because it will give your bowels a much needed break and cleanse through the night.

Now I have gotten away from juicing garlic, but I plan on starting again.... when I get my silver puppy.

My problem is that there is so much that supposedly works, and so much that doesnt... and this cleanse and that cleanse... it is hard to do everything in one day plus work. But I will do it, I pretty much put my life on hold right now while I bring about this healing.

Right now I am focusing on diet... I found that the Vega suppliment for protein has made a huge difference in my day. Because its natural, and its all protein I have lots of energy to finish my day. But its not cheap, when I get a place of my own here (living with room mates for the next 3 months) I plan on sprouting my protein from soy and other beans. I read that sprouted foods are nutritionally superior to everything out there, and some people live on them alone. So things like soy sprouts, wheat grass sprouts, and other sprouts are supposed to be the best. And is dirt cheap, except that it takes some space to do.
