there is a book, its called "flood your body with oxygen" by ed mcCabe. Its cheap, but you have to order it online... you wouldnt believe what a valueble resource it is. I often refer to it, as I have had the most success with candida from it.

Right now I am doing rectal ozone insufflation once a day, and within a week the yellow in my eyes has gone down 75%. They are almost white. The equipment wasnt cheap though. I payed around 1200 dollars total. So my liver is obviously healing very fast.

As for the mms, I like it, its effective... except that it can make you very ill. Aswell while I have been doing the mms, and ozone insufflation I have been getting rid of alot of Ascaris worms.
