Thanks, i usually do eat grains with a salad, i like brown basmanti rice or quinoa.

I actually found some sprouted bread in health food store. So am going on to that. I used to make my own bread, but haven't for awhile now.

Do you ever have sprouts? They are highly nutritious and cheap. I'm thinking of growing some to have in my salads.
