Melon, especially water melon, would be great! Without seeds of course ;)
I ended all my fasts with fresh diluted juices - originally beet with carrot, the last fast I switched to apple juice. That was day one. Day two I took pure fresh juice (not diluted) and day three I started eating - salads and stuff, small amounts, lots of chewing (I also chewed on the juice, it took me almost an hour to consume one glas of juice, I was being extra careful). Next time I want to try solid food right away, I am thinking of a lightly steamed peeled tomatoe and green pepper, I haven't decided yet, though. With the juices it took me too long to gain energy. My longest fast thus far was 21 days.
