That is what i thought. You can't just go from a fast to eating loads.
On this point. I'm still confused on the perfect way to break fast. I keep reading conflicting advice.
On a ten day fast, i believe it is okay to eat solid fruit straight away, but keep it to same fruit on the first day. I'm allergic to tomatoes, and i'm not that keen on oranges. I've been reading my
Shelton book today, and these fruits were suggested.
I prefer fruit like pear, melon, red grapes, mangoes, peaches, strawberries, papaya. I'm also sensitive to pineapple. Now it is the next day four days i'm a bit confused about. I don't want to live on fruit and vegetables, and want to get back on some sort of grain and protein fairly rapidly. I found his book a little unclear. The writing is so small as well, lol, and i need reading glasses.
Could anyone, tell me exactly how they came off a fast 14 days or under.
I'm not a vegetarian by the way.
