Re: For Andrew and others :)

I get cravings even when starting back on water after dry fasting. Others report that cravings stay with them if they brush with toothpaste and are getting their tastebuds stimulated by the taste of that. I have also had reports from juice fasters that the cravings don't disappear like they do when Water Fasting but often hang around for the duration of the juice fast. So it's not always the pulp that can cause the cravings, sometimes it is just the taste or even just adding something back to the diet making the body (or the mind) want more. I think that it's something to be aware of in making the decision, I think the first option should be to continue the Water Fast to it's natural conclusion if ryjola has motivation to keep going. :)

Andrew.
