OK, Day 36 is past


I did not think it was possible but I surpassed even my wildest imagination and now I have a dilemma. I originally planned on a 30 day fast for detox / weight / spiritual reasons. It was much harder than I anticipated up until day 25 or so. The last ten days have been a breeze and I believe I am about detoxed. I have stopped all meds and still have a few pounds to lose. I plan on stopping the fast at day 40 with a well thought out raw diet. My big problem is that I want to continue to lose some of the excess weight. If I continue on juices for a few weeks, will I continue to lose or will the weight loss stop when reintroducing the juices. I could easily stay on all water for another two weeks if need be, my tongue is not yet clear and no hunger has returned so, should I just keep up what I am doing or transition at day 40. I can honestly say I have gained valuable insights into fasting and my body in the last 36 days and I hope to be able to shed some of it after the entire process is over. Thanks
