I have water-only fasted for 30 days twice in my life and once for 20 days. I ALWAYS had blood tests at the local lab to monitor electrolytes. I went down and had them down myself (no doctor involved). If your electrolytes get out of whack you can have a heart attack. And, long term fasting can and will alter your electrolytes. I always felt fine, even great on my fasts and I never wanted to quit even at 30 days, but when my blood test showed low electrolytes I quit the fast. As a side note, when I quit, I always started eating very slowly starting with a small amount of fresh, juicy fruit. To eat protein would make you very ill as all your digestive enzymes systems are temporarily shut down.
You need to do some more research on fasting and electrolytes. It can be dangerous; just because "you feel fine" doesn't mean you should go on fasting. My hat is off to you, I know how hard it is to do a long fast, but be very careful after 30 days and be very careful how you end the fast or all your efforts will be for not.
