Re: Nicotine Patch - is it also toxic?

I read that nicotine is relatively harmless by itself, and this is all that is absorbed by the patches?
i am a light smoker but wanting to give up. found a place in the uk selling the american spirits as recommeded by some on here. i do feel a bit better that i am not polluting my body so much. although i read an article the other day that said they could have more carbon monoxide and nicotine.
i personally tried the patches and i got this bad itching and had to take if off after 15 mins. the gum doesnt agree with me either.
been doing EFT for smoking for some time now, nor sure if its helped.
with the health thnigs and protocols i am doing, i am finding i crave them slightly less, whether this is because i switched to american spirits, or other things i am doing. hopefully i will be off them completely, smoking when im stressed at work is my major downfall.
