That's called "stinking thinking".

We are not God. That is what got people in trouble, by thinking they were in complete control by reaching inside instead of an outside force for help.

Your new AA Steps are just setting people up for another fall.

It all sounds poetically sweet and flowery until your realize all that kundalina is shoved up your ying yang and you find yourself gaging on your chakras and nadis fairy tale fantasy.
