The "long term effects" question is always controversial. This is because we are all pioneers. My feeling is that there are no long term problems. Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is totally gone from the body after 12 hours. The amount we take is so minimal.

I think you may be surprised at how much you will be taking before there are the detox symptoms. That's difficult to determine. Everyone is quite different in that. For me, it was 12 drops. The more you need the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement the more you will be sensitive to it. In other words, if there is a lot of stuff that is bad in your body, you will witness nausea and diarrhea sooner. Don't worry. There really is light at the end of the tunnel.
