Re: questions about internal cleanse?

Thanks for the great post!

A comment about the liver flush... if you have yeast, the roots in the yeast can cause teeny holes in your intestines (leaky bowel) through which the yeast (as well as parasites and other toxic substances) can enter the bloodstream. Thence they go straight to... the liver! And of course, from the liver to anywhere and everywhere throughout the body.

I have had yeast in my brain, causing "foggy brain" and all sorts of discomfort.

You definitely want to keep your intestines free of excess candida! A good yeast cleanup, as well as a parasite treatment, is definitely in order prior to flushing your liver clean.

And those hormones... guess which organ is in the driver's seat? Yep, the liver! Well worth flushing your liver clean, which takes a lot of patience and repeated flushing at 2 week intervals. I am a true poster child for what internal cleansing (intestinal and liver) can do for Acne -- I get constant compliments on my skin since flushing my liver clean what's it been, three years ago?

A wholistic approach is definitely best to treat Acne effectively. There are great things you can do topically, but you need to work from the inside out as well. Your skin will only be as well as the blood that feeds it.

Best to all cleansers! Whatever your goal, you CAN do it!
