#90656 - i have some grave concerns about your state of mind.

during this time, you have made so many contradictory claims, it makes my brain bounce:

35 days ago, you asked a question about how to break a 49 day fast, where you said you lost 53lbs

if you had, in fact, completed these fasts, then it would be completely unnecessary to ask repetitive questions that usually start with: 'how much weight will i lose if i...?'

also, given that you have said that you are 15 years old, i have doubts that any parent (or aunt) would allow their teenager to complete a 40 day fast without medical supervision or unless they had extensive knowledge of fasting themselves (both of which would preclude you from posting so many random questions). or perhaps you are being raised by wolves?

this forum is a tool for people to share their experiences, expertise and ask valid questions to help them on their journey to better health.

given the huge disparity in your various posts, i would suggest that this is not the forum that can provide the help you clearly need.

that said, i wish you luck in finding that help.
