I would think that you would always lose more weight on a no calorie regimen....water fasting; green tea must have some calories I suppose.
But there are other factors involved here as well..........
Physical activity burns more calories, and will therefore result in even more weight loss while water fasting.
Your best option (in my opinion) is the water fast, not to mention the health benefits derived from not taking in any nutrition from outside.
