My fast will be for 30-40 (46, if I go through Lent) days. During that time, I will decide what I think will work for me. When I begin eating again, I will experiment on it.
I know when I eat meat, Now, I do not feel good, the next day...sometimes, not even the same day. Thus, going by your theory, which sounds very good, meat is not something that is for me...again, Now. EDIT: When I was not eating meat, I did not get sick, near as much as I had before. I had a head cold and nothing else, during the time, I had no meat (July-December).
As for the metabolic typing, I have not looked into that but I did go into a health food store, recently and she told me orange juice was not good for O blood types. What I found interesting about that is...if I buy orange juice, no matter organic or not, it does not settle well with me. If I eat oranges or juice an orange, I have do difficulties, whatsoever with it. I am not particularly interested in the blood type plan, in this moment. I guess I will look into it, while I do the research on eating plans.
