It is written by another 24 year-old.

Permanent Impotence caused by Antidepressants
====================================

Hi everyone, I'm afraid I have a very tall order for you.

I am a 24 year old male that is impotent thanks to taking antidepressants, specifically Zoloft (Sertraline) then Effexor (Venlafaxine). This includes: loss of libido, erection problems, loss of orgasm, and complete loss of sensation between my legs. I was placed on the drugs for a "chemical imbalance" supposedly causing shyness.

None of the doctors believe me. The accepted viewpoint is that the side-effects go away once the drugs are stopped. I haven't been on any antidepressants for 11 months.

There is a Yahoo group dedicated to this issue with more than 1400 members, men and women of all ages, all types of antidepressants. Some were on their drugs for a matter of weeks.

Testosterone is not the issue here, as many members have perfect testosterone levels. They simply have no libido and no sensation in between their legs.

My question is: any suggestions on what I could try to correct this? I already follow an extremely healthy Diet and exercise program, and am getting ready to begin performing Liver Flushes and parasite programs. This is because I don't know what else to try.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If you wish, you may like to read what CureZoners of all ages said to this young man.

Number One, of course, is the fact that every reader immediately thought of THEIR OWN STORY...first.

You may not have noticed the fact, or, perhaps you have, that the human brain jumps first to its own related field of experience...and how they felt about it...renewing sorrow, or joy, or not caring...whatever echoes remain.

Memories, and the residual thoughts and feelings they carry, can look a lot like 'fate'...proof positive that 'genetics' are at work!

NOT SO!!!

'Genetics' is a very convenient 'answer' when we don't know what the heck is going on.

Yesterday I read a researcher's opinion that we only use 2% of our genetic programming, in any case.

I prefer to use the term 'echoes'.

I'd also bet my bottom dollar that you have used sleep to soften pain and loneliness, in the past. Smart girl!

And, when you wake up, you always feel you have missed something, right? ...Missed 'doing' something you 'should' have?!

Wrong!

When we awaken from sleep we are blessed with a new understanding, direction. Everyone is.

If we interpret this wonderful 'message from the interior', as a rebuke, then it will feel like we are in the 'wrong'...but we CAN'T be. We always do the best we can! ...Every single one of us!

Maybe not the best we have ever heard of, but the best we CAN. We do what seems like a good idea at the moment.

You have found relief from stress, etc., in sleep. That's probably why you are still breathing! How can that be 'wrong'?

Sleep is saving your life...your sanity...your tomorrows...your fresh chances at life.

...Saving you for the happy day when you recognize what else you can do and be.

Every evening, pick one small happy thing you can do tomorrow.

Plunk your head on your pillow; physically smile, and direct your attention, briefly, to the area of your navel; and 'slump' into complete relaxation.

Feel relaxation seeping into your very bones. Welcome rest, restoration.

Tomorrow, do the one small and happy thing almost without thinking about it, automatically.

It should be something you can't boast about. Something of no consequence to others...something you can hug to yourself as proof that you are in charge of you.

For you are.

We carry too many "Yes, buts," not recognizing the powerful creatures we are.

You only need to practice a few tiny examples of your all-powerful control over your life, no matter what, to empower yourself to great heights.

Good for you for writing your concern, here. You couldn't have done that without you see that there is more for you.

Hooray for your vision!

Love,

Fledgling
