Re: Mental health related
Medication is a short term fix. For 40 years I took, besides anti-depressants, also amphitamines (sp?) for energy since just the anti-depressants only worked for a few years and had to keep changing brands.
In Feb'03 I landed on CZ because of gallbladder problems and started liverflushing and other cleanses to clean my body. Improved my diet, drank more water, switched to using
Seasalt and did food combining.
10 months later
Andreas Moritz told me as long I took drugs (incl over the counter)
I would be making new gallstones. I weaned myself off all drugs (6 of them) and have been drug free since Oct'03.
In the meantime I learned on the
Iodine supplement forum, that most drugs have fluoride in it, which dulls you and it replaces
Iodine which you need in your body.
What helped me too was changing my sleeping pattern, started getting up at 5.30-6 am and went to bed at 10 pm.
So give yourself some time to read up on everything, you are young, which is a good time to start, you are lucky, I did not find out all this till I was 67.
