it is hard to get out from behind the curve. every little bit does help. understanding is the key to full recovery, but when you are suffering it is hard to think of anything but relief.

its nice to know a lot of tricks that work and oil pulling is that and more.

regarding avoidance, ther are definitely things that humans should never come in contact with. i put uranium, mercury, and fluoride high on that list.
