that is because i chased my tail for a couple of years trying to point fingers at causes and got nowhere until i realized there was no one chemical, or environmental factor at fault but that it was the condition of my body which was not able to handle these exposures, regardless of what they were, even emotional, electronic, or chemicals, natural, man made, airborne, water borne, food borne. knowing what the trigger of a reaction is does not fix anything. it makes you a slave to avoidance. then it makes those who initiate contact with what you are trying to avoid your enemy. soon, you can encounter nothing and the whole world is your enemy and just doesnt understand! its a trap. take it from someone who knows traps.

that was not a reaction to you. that is my reaction to everything. now, if i was bit by a copperhead in my back yard, i know what to do and it is NOT go to a hospital. i used to be effected adversly by everything. my goal is to be effected by nothing, and i am close. so, its not you, its me. and i wasnt being flippant, that was just your interpretaion.

if you want to play avoidance, i can make it easy. if it is not a fresh raw fruit from a tree or a green herb or distilled water, dont eat it, dont smell it, dont bathe in it, dont put it on your body, dont wash your clothes in it, dont sleep on it and dont touch it. the closer you get to that, the healthier you will be.
