it is probably not organic it is made by hain but it was all I could find at whole foods.
I just got a tiny bottle , again all they had
I have never had an allergic reaction to any nuts or seeds that I know of

I did another pull and seemed to be ok still turned white and thin within 4 minutes

what did you mean about the water??
