David Klein's protocol looks like the most worthwhile option, for the IBS sufferer. It's very cheap. Cooking/preparing raw veggies & fruits is really really easy. There's almost no dishes to wash & fruit can easily be taken anywhere, so there's no need for fast food, or lunch trips... It's a real time-saver. I believe his program works, & I recommend it. Zapping will probably help too, especially zapping accross the belly with high voltage, but this is not your normal zapping protocol & most zappers do not operate on high voltage, which is more dangerous. Do not cross the heart. I hope you give David's protocol a try & let us know how it goes. You'll probably see results pretty quickly.
